Shipping Policy

  • Most orders are shipped from our store on the next day if received before 7 pm.
  • We do not ship on Fridays or Local/Public Holidays.

Shipping Methods and Charges

Next Day Delivery

  • Sent Next-day delivery-cost 3Jd for Amman, Zarqa & Irbid. For the rest provinces cost 4Jd.
  • Order placed on the Thursday or holidays will be processed and sent on the next working day.
  • Please note: You will need to ensure your order is placed by 7:00 pm the latest in order for this to be processed as Next Day Delivery.

After 7:00 pm Delivery

  • If orders are placed after 7 pm then the order will be dispatched the following day.

In-Store Pickup

  • You can skip the shipping fees and waiting time with free local pickup at our Syouri Outlet store. When placing your order, select “Local Pick Up” at checkout, and your order will be ready to pick up within 2 hours.

Exchange & Return Policy

  • All products to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging along with the original sales receipt within 48 hours from the date of purchase (Product should be in its original condition)
  • Thet no refund only Exchange 
  • If you do not have your purchase receipt, exchange will not be possible
  • Disclaimer for certain item category not eligible for return due to hygiene region i.e. cosmetics/undergarments etc.
  • Upon request, and at our discretion, we may exchange defective/ faulty items for identical items of equivalent value
  • For your security & personal safety, CCTV cameras are in operation in these premises.
  • The Management reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice
  • You can not exchange items that were originally part of the promotion
  • Voucher Payment: Only product exchange is possible – voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash / Gift card / voucher in part or full
  • Corporate Gift card Payment: Only product exchange is possible – card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash / Gift card / voucher in part or full
  • Products purchased outside of stores at exhibitions and sale events will neither be exchanged nor refunded.
  • Defective items may be returned within 3 days of purchase date for a full refund. All returned items must have the tags attached, along with the original sales receipt
  • Undergarments, Accessories(artificial jewelers) and cosmetics once seal is opened cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons
